There are people who are content to just keep doing what they’re doing, whether it’s working or not. You want more. Perhaps you acknowledge a need for greater self-awareness. You know you have the potential to lead a more fulfilling life and counseling can get you there faster. I have great respect for people who are looking for more out of life, and I would enjoy helping you reach your goals.

My approach to counseling incorporates aspects of mindfulness, self-compassion, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), and EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). You can also expect our work to incorporate aspects of existential therapy, which is about how you make meaning in life. Meaning making is a deeply enriching and fulfilling pursuit, where you clarify and nurture the relationships and the values you hold most dear.
